Liz has wonderful and unique talent. Self taught she makes wonderfully creepy and detailed sculps and I'm glad to see her having a solo show in Spain (wish there was an online preview). I've managed to get a few of her pieces. Here's one "The Vampirates"  |

I am torn with Liz McGrath's work. Some pieces I really like and some pieces I don't care for. I think she is one of the only artist that is like that for me. I had a pet cat get killed in my cloths drier once by accident and some of her pieces just remind me of what I had to see that day.

that is a terrible, terrible story. i am so very sorry.
i love liz's work for the most part but there are those pieces (they tend to be the dioramas) which seem too messy for me. her mounted heads and embellished sculptures are always beautiful in my opinion.

Got to see her water color show at billy shire gallery in L.A, which I wasn't too impressed by...however love her music and her 3 dimensional pieces

I like it when she manages to keep it clean so to speak.
