an artist i came across a year or so ago. i love the dynamic in his work - i still haven't figured out if they are implosions or explosions....
i love his black and white pieces, as they are what i first saw of his work, but he seems to have been using a lot more colour in recent pieces.
he uses acrylic, latex, ink, carbon transfer on board and then resin coats the work. give a real depth to the piece.

there is an amazing amount of detail in his work. the majority of the pics above are pieces ranging from 8x10 to 12x15, and because a lot of the work is small scale, they are very affordable too.
he has a solo in LA right now at Blythe Projects in Culver...
