i have a feeling this is going to be a coming out of sorts for Matt. Loads of potential for a young painter. I am stoked to see the show myself.

Couldn't agree more. IMO Matt is one of the best out there. He's due, has been for a while now.

Thanks so much guys. Although the show will be fairly small in size, (10 pieces or so) - I decided that it would be best for me to keep these pieces in a similar "world" as my old work, but to take even more time in developing a story in every piece, and showing you all the detail I am capable of. Every piece is keyed in an earth tone palette, mostly browns, yellows, deep reds and greens... I believe that those colors help tie the work together but also helps the mood of the characters get across. I hope you all can get a chance to see these pieces in person, because the detail and subtle color nuances is really where it's at in this body of artwork. :)
