Gonna be insane. The new oils look fantastic, even if there were a couple I didn't love. Liked the piece above a lot. The starkness of Tryst was different..and nice. Interruption is signature Sorren genius.

Was finally able to make my way to this show today.
I now understand why so many people are passionate about Joe's work, his paintings cannot be fully realized until they are seen in person.
He is now on the top of my list for my next purchase, now comes the hard part of tracking one down.

Pretty amazing work, I love his soft colours. I always think of turtle people when I see his work, elongated necks, wrinkly outer extremities. Love it
