i almost secured the other water piece but couldn't swing both, mine is 'untitled 5' and the other i wanted was 'untitled (apologies to Ed somebody)' so maybe they are both real places... ??

i'd imagine they are... he tends to take book pages of existing places and then screenprints the water and paints the vegetation etc over the top. most of the pages come from books that show historical arial shots of cities. i have a few from new york, Chicago etc - i asked him about the locations on some of the ones i have and he was able to tell me. you should ask him jake!
