I've long since come around to the idea that online shopping is not a lazy cop out. In fact, since I have access to a far greater variety of goods and services to choose from, I usually find better gift ideas online than I do locally. Also, it's cold outside.

That being said, there would be no need to rush on my account.

And I hope you feel better soon!

If everyone answers then I should get an answer from my allotted recipient, which will make this decision easier for my addled flu ridden brain.

Oh get well soon! If ever, no need to rush if ever you got me, i wont be able to get it just before christmas cuz im away during the holidays and will be back in Vienna on 3rd of January (General Announcement ;)). The one i picked need not worry though as i have sorted things out just before i left!

Happy Holidays Everyone!

I think my wife is upset because she feels I put more into my ASS then I did to her gift box. Either way hope to finish tonight get it all put together and post if first thing in the AM, hopefull maybe tomorrow afternoon. In regards to present I always commend someone on creativity regardless of how short it may fall ( that is a hint to my person who every she or he may be )

Feel better Afroken! I say get better and send your gift when you can.

I mailed my gift out today but I doubt it will arrive before Xmas. I tried to be extra thoughtful and get the recipient something I felt they would truly appreciate. I spent the full amount on the gift and since it's going international had to save a little on the shipping. As long as it gets there before next Thanksgiving I'll be happy ;)

Get well soon! I don't think you'd be a lazy cop out. This year I found something very nice in a local store, but last year I purchased a book through Amazon.com and had it gift-wrapped through them, as I thought it would be crazy (money-wise, time-wise and also carbon-footprint-wise) to order this book (could not find it anywhere here), have it sent to me, wrap it and then send it overseas.

If I am the recipient, don't you worry because my birthday is beginning of January, and late Christmas presents to me always make good birthday presents ;)

So my gift is wrapped, packed and ready to send out during lunch break. It goes overseas again, so I am not sure it will arrive in time. It was really fun searching for a nice gift, and I hope the recipient likes it.

No worries Afroken get well soon, I personally like the idea of getting something late, makes the holiday last that much longer.

I've had this gift shipped out today but it was on a different shipping method that I ordered. So, I am not sure if the shop has changed the shipping service before it was too late. So, I apologize to whoever receives this after 25th. Even though it came from an online shop (I'm only free during the evening and many shops are closed!), I'm sending another gift and it's on the way to your home! I hope he or she will enjoy two different gifts!

har har... let's just say that this minimal gift comes from an unknown artist before he went into a superstar artist. but no one's ever getting a page off my prized sketchbook! ;-)
