On top of the already all star cast they are adding another show in an adjacent building I think. There's supposed to be a Parla too, I hope it isn't a watercolor.

Cleon Petterson's solo show that opened last week will still be on view in the main gallery... the bldg New Image is in just got a big overhaul, so 2 or 3 new vacant and clean spaces right next door and Marsea's arranged to have this special show next door to her regular gallery in one of those newly renovated spots - she's not expanding or moving, just a special lil' something for all to celebrate her 15 years of kickin' ass. The above 'Move' show curated by Rich Jacobs will be in a 10' x 10' room being built within the gallery to resemble/bring back the memory of the original New Image that was upstairs in the same bldg many years ago in a lil' 10' x 10' room. Just posted a bunch more on our blog - huge kinetic sculpture from Judith Supine will be on display, photo installs from Ed and Deanna Templeton and much more - going to be f'ing amazing. So can't wait - poppin' down there tomorrow to get some early shots, watch our blog for pics from the setup and opening to be posted tomorrow.

LOL. That's not how New Image rolls. You'll be lucky to even have prices at the opening.

Absolutely correct. Show up early (7 pm) and you should be fine.

Obviously I am ignorant to the ways New Image operates. They said the same thing....show up early. What if someone is unable to show up? I guess there are advantages of operating this way for them, and they have been around for 15 years, so they must be doing something right.

a prominent forum member snagged the Fairey, a lovely classic Andre. The big Supine stole the show, just blew everything else away.
