I'm one of the curators at Nucleus. Thank you for starting a thread about the exhibit. I wanted to share a select preview of some of the work: www.gallerynucleus.com/pop/1246We are lucky to have 8 of the contributing artists attending tomorrow night's opening (7pm to 10pm) including Joao Ruas from Brazil and Rodrigo Luff from Australia. The artists have agreed to do a Signing during the reception from 7pm to 8pm. You can learn the other artists attending here: www.gallerynucleus.com/gallery/exhibition/279I'm really proud of this show. There are over 50 pieces featured and it is an inspiring collection. We are also featuring the work of DreamWorks art director Tang Heng and Disney's Bill Perkins in our upstairs Atrium gallery at the same time. It would be great if you could join us for the opening. Thank you again!

The show was outstanding ... I went with a friend not really knowing what to expect and not planning on buying anything. I had not been exposed to Alexandre Day's work before ... and I fell so deeply in love that I bought the one on the invitation. I think I need to stare at his delicate line work for eternity. Truly breathtaking. I'm hoping he gets his own show soon! His work is captivating.
But there were a number of amazing artists on display ... I highly recommend seeing the show before it closes. It's a stellar reminder of the power of a simple pencil.
