sure does. i'm looking forward to seeing the tim karpinski works also. i think that him showing in the project room with the drawing show in the front will generate some good exposure for him. his work is superbly detailed and very original in content and excecution. audrey owns an original piece by him, so i understand. i own 2 pieces by him and would like to add some more...
And thanks for the kind words on Karpinski's work Sven - he's going to really impress this November and I feel this will be a big show for him. Audrey is a huge fan and owns a couple of his works which is rad and I know many discoverd him on her blog.
We will be doing a solo in our main gallery with Timothy next fall, so we're super behind him and his work. We'll be taking his work down to Miami this December too to show at Vanguard during Art Basel, along with many we'll be showing in '09 and '10 - sort of a lil' preview of the years ahead.
Much more to be added soon. The install shots are from the last time he showed with us in November 2007.
Audrey will have a full wall of new drawings as well as several sketches filling an install in the front install area of our gallery she's currently planning out.

Very cool to hear Hung-Hei will be making a rare trip to LA for this... and to have Oli in town is going to be so rad. Big week for shows with this and the Craola solo back to back. Epic.
Shall be posting more sneak peeks soon. Sorry to torture
Audrey said she'll be posting some stuff soon on her blog as well...
Pretty stoked with our back-to-back lineup coming up with Red Forest, then the Drawing Room, then Elbow-Toe and ARMSROCK and then our epic 'From The Streets Of Brooklyn' group show... check our blog for details on that just posted. Can't wait for all of them, and then things really get rolling come February with Amy Crehore's debut LA solo.
We'll be posting our lineup of artists we'll be taking down to the Vanguard Fair during Art Basel in the coming week.
Watch our blog @ www.sourharvest.com for all the latest, lots of cool stuff coming up.

I like this new trend of saving some pieces for people who actually show up at the show in person. I noticed you were doing this for the KMNDZ/Ekundayo show as well?

Yes, when we can, we'll aim to do that, especially with the smaller works. This time around with "Red Forest", they both have so many smaller works... not to mention there will be looser, but still amazing, works posted up around the street as well... looks like a bomb when off in here right now. hahaha....
As for Audrey's show, we plan to hold some works back too, as well as all the prints. More on that soon...

The works are starting to come in... WOW. Some absolutely beautiful pieces. We'll be posting some sneak peeks on our blog next week. Taking many, many works to the framers next week...
Look for an interview with Timothy Karpinski (showing this Nov in our project room) to be posted on our blog at www.sourharvest.com this weekend.
As it stands, having to gather up images, info and all from 25 artists for the "Drawing Room" is taking a good bit, and some we have to get photo'd ourselves once they arrive. With that in mind, please expect the preview to go out late the night of Wed, Nov. 5th with us following up the day prior to the show with all on the waiting list currently for the show. If we can get it out any sooner, we surely will, just being realistic right now.
We just gotta get the place back to normal now after 'Red Forest'... wish us luck hahaha (wanna come to a painting party next weekend anyone?) hahaha
audrey just posted a sneak peek at two of her drawings in her livejournal.LOOKS COOL!
It certainly does Tin, you should fly out for this monster weekend with craola, audrey, then your show with Kukula and Sas Christian! Here are the two teasers Audrey has posted. She says she will have about 24 pieces!!! I can't believe she is doing so many. Some appear to be on wood too.
