for your entertainment purposes my letter to Fed Ex....
I am absolutely furious with your service, it is unacceptable and I will not stand for it. I have been waiting for a package that should have been delivered over a week ago. I paid $400 dollars for delivery and it’s less than 30 minutes away from my location. I was told 3 attempts were made to deliver the package, I’m afraid this is simply not true as someone has been home sense making the initial purchase two weeks ago at all times. No slip was ever left, no phone call was ever made, nothing at all was done accept giving me the constant run around. I called and spoke with customer service and made arrangements for the package to be delivered today Friday January 22nd 2010 only to call back today and find out that the process has been bungled on your end and the package never made it
on the truck. Now I am being told Monday is the day. Unfortunately this simply will not due. I have missed work in order to be home and accept the package and have gone above and beyond trying t
to be understanding and accommodating but have been provided nothing in return. I accept nothing outside of getting the package today or a full refund of shipping money as you have not provided any service what so ever and have caused me much stress and frustration.
I wait to hear how you plan to remedy this situation.

The saga is over. They wrote back and told me there was nothing they could do to help me, I told them I was sorry they felt that way and immediately canceled the company account with them, we use them 5 days a week every week so the loses are there’s to have. Rented a car and picked it up about 20 min ago, thanks again to those who offered help and advice.

sounds like you had a massive pain in the ass with this. glad to hear you got it all fixed now though.
i must admit, if i ever buy a painting and the gallery wants to use fedex it makes me shudder. nothing is ever easy with them and they always try and charge me £30 to receive a package. great!
