Still some choice large works available from his recent LA pop-up show we presented... and given the price the above just went for at auction ($7,600 + buyer's premium) and the size, the larger works on multiple doors / panels featuring numerous views are true steals given the bright future he has ahead of him.

Big show coming up this summer at White Walls in SF and more from there...

Yeah sorry my mistake. I was unclear in the post. That was from his show last spring at Factory Fresh in NYC.

that piece withe the colour on it above the door is a collaboration with Saner, who is wonderful in his own right.
he has done some colour pieces previously though - when he paints the nervous system and veins etc...

so, me and my blonder half went on a little trip to Belgium this weekend, and stopped in Gent for few beers.. I was hoping to see some Roa pieces there, and after spotting a big crow in the city (pics coming later), we bumped into some guys writing graffiti, so they told me where I can see more Roa stuff..
we ended up at this deserted plant, all covered with Roa, Bue and pieces of other local heroes.. now, these look effin GREAT in person, especially when you see how he's using the space, and given objects (chopped up pig is ridiculously well done), but what I like the best was how these stinky, rotting animals are fitting in this entire, almost post apocalyptic location:

wonderful sal.
looks like a great place to spend a few hours.
did it look like someone had removed the doors after the rabbit piece was done?

svenman - the door was definitely gone, but I wasn't really paying attention if someone cut them off, or they are just gone.. the entire place is falling apart BIG TIME..

Roa's new piece from Newcastle (brown hair makes it look soo damn good):

i'll be seeing it this week as i'm going to the titi freak installation, which is literally around the corner. there's a great kid acne piece just there also.
