We had the good fortune to hang out with Dale and Georgette at his opening of "Beauty in the Wounds" this past weekend. The paintings were intensely detailed, full of texture and biting marks, the experience made complete by a breath of space along the edge...a sense hope in a chaotic world. An in person visit is highly recommended if you can get there. Great pics astrogirl. The pieces truly do look stunning in person, and definitely hard to capture all the details in pictures. Ended up picking up a canvas from the show and can't wait to get it up on the wall. |
