So, this whole karma thing was here when I started the forum by default. Now I see that I can turn it off. I think it has some use though although may have some downsides. One is if someone keeps smiting someone over and over again. May I suggest that if someone says something your don't like, please just smite them once. Not like ten thousand times. Thanks.

For whatever reason someone felt the need to “smite” me and I now have a -1.
I honestly have no idea why this has occurred but it just being there is annoying.
IMO if someone is going to “smite” another board member then they should have to provide why they are doing so and their username should be public with their reason. I don’t think its right for someone’s reputation to be put in the negative without knowing why or being able to defend the reason.

I just smited you for giving a shit about a bullshit measure on an Internet message board. Feel free to return the favour, if it makes you happy. Or get perspective.
Anyone at Trustocorp, Laz, Newcatle tonight?

Anyone at Trustocorp, Laz, Newcatle tonight? Thanks for the positive input. You "smited" me for a bs reason and after reading your posts and seeing the troll that you are you've only helped prove my point. P.S. "Smited" is not a word.

Maybe I'm at the cutting edge, eh? Anyway, you have decided that I smited you for a 'bs' reason. I think it is perfectly valid. That's why your plan will not work. And the term 'troll', well it's used rather like the word 'hater', isn't it? Basically, to describe someone with whom you disagree. I'd rather have the discussion, like this, than resort to hackneyed, nonsense terms. Reflect a little, why does it bother you so much? You didn't like the anonymous smite, you don't appear to be particularly keen on the smite that followed your instruction. Why do you care?
