+1....cool video. Vhils really goes to town. To work on that big of a scale with all the different tools and mediums is pretty damn cool.
I want to see one of his pieces in person. I guess they are paper dipped in resin and extremely brittle and fragile. Quite the technique. I wonder about the long term archival quality of the work. Both pieces sold with the quickness at the recent show though!!
Some amazing new pic from Wooster of Vhils' work in Italy for this year's the Fame Festival (url=http://artchival.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=showsevents&action=display&thread=2079]show thread[/url]). His work with the chisel is pretty unique. I wonder if they asked permission for these. The ultimate street piece, would be so hard to remove.
An interesting collaboration with JR. JR puts up one of his photos and Vhils goes to work with his chisel/sledgehammer, but doesn't this damage the building. They are in LA now for their Eurotrash show.

This is really exciting, I'm going to be in LA in two weeks and I can't wait to check this out and to see the Eurotrash show. I hope Conor Harrington decides to do something in LA while he's there as well.
