any transaction will be a cash street corner drug deal style. any serious offers will be negotiated outside this board's email system to protect the buyers identity not mine.
I decline to answer that question and will not disclose a price even after it is sold.

sorry to reiterate again NOTRADES, no trades, means no bartering no swapping, and so on.
sorry 'what do you want to sell it for?' is not acceptable
reasonable: "i want to buy it and offer $_____, i can be contacted at ______ what is your estimate for shipping to zip _______"
not reasonable "i want to buy it and offer lowballing finders fee in hopes that if i return it to FAILE i will get a more expensive print with resale authenticity"
not acceptable "im faile can i please have it back"

This whole uproar is kind of funny. If an artist, any artist, puts and uncomissioned work on the street it will only be a matter of time before it is "stolen." In so far as it is possible to steal something that by all rights has no business being there in the first place.
I like faile's work, but they probably knew what they were getting into when they put something out there and are by no means cash poor. Offers to hand the item back to the artist are on their face pretty silly.
That said, if ifoundfaile is hoping for something other than derision and back dealing when he/she posted this on this or any other fan boy art board he or she is even sillier.
BTW does anyone have any other Faile pieces they are itching to get rid of? It appears their whole market is currently sinking.
There are still prints from the latest series that was released last week

what is even funnier is that you think any fan or collector of Faile with any degree of knowledge would buy this off of you "drug deal style." Youre a scum bag.

There are still prints from the latest series that was released last week Well said Hector. But I tend to disagree with you on the market sinking. I think many people speculated in their prints and the surplus and deflation of price on those are the adjustment that Faile needs to go through on their "editioned" items. I argue their true "original" pieces (Non counting the print editions of 1) are where the value is at right now. Take a look at Sotheby's Day sale in London this Friday: Here. Sotheby's is entering 2 canvases to be in this high end sale says (potentially) alot on where they think they can be headed. There may be a hang over from the speculation, but I personally believe that people who stick with them in the originals department will eventually come out on top. (assuming Faile can control themselves and stop creating all these editioned pieces.)

I think the lack of sale of their most recent prints is due to the higher price that has stopped any of the usual "i snapped it up but now im not feeling it" (aka flipper) crowd. More power to them if that means they hang around for longer while true fans can find the funds to get them up on the walls instead of sitting in portfolios for speculation.

thats not how a free market works, thats only how people get fleeced beore prices drop.
brand errosion is the problem, the ikea framed posterprint deal is coming soon then there will be no prestige on your wall.
this is a great exercize on how a piece of carved wood becomes a valueless log, when i run out duraflames this winter ill post the video on u-tube

you may be right juggernut, they have done some beautiful original that I would be happy to show in my home.
However ifoundfaile does have a point with his remark on brand erosion, particularly with Faile's tendency to blur the lines heavily between their "original" work and their editions. I am actually quite a fan of this blurring of lines as it plays with the collector's desire to own something actually touched by the hand of the artist, but the artificial inflation of the urban art market is coming home to roost.
This might actually be a great opportunity for them to become a bit more experimental with their work and slough off a bit of their brand in the search for new territory and eventually an expanded deeper market.
I just lost a bid on ebay for a print that was well below what I know has been paid for the same item just a few short months ago.
