Good luck to her , she is without doubt aware of what she is up against and knows that without attacking this sort of behaviour the game is being brough into disrepute.
Starbucks . .... The lack of invention and blatant abuse of position is worthy in itself of a law suit.
Yes they will settle and no they won't do it again .. Not with this artist.
Anyone here visit Starbucks.. Well boycott them.. Do they spike lee thing.

Geometric patterns. It's pretty formulaic. The palette is pretty similar so she might get some kind of settlement but I just don't see how anyone can act like they own this. I've seen this schtick used by so many people, especially in undergrad.

The first article I read about this a few days ago didn't mention that and did mention how she's already sued several people. After noticing what you mentioned I did actually edit my original post to tone down some of what i said. Like I said I'm sure she'll get something due to the circumstances and similarity in color palette, but even still... I guess I'm not that sympathetic considering I find the style to be pretty formulaic and generic. But yes, the agency certainly made a mistake by contacting her. They should have simply had someone do something in a similar vein instead of aspiring to have a "cool" artist associated with it.
