this one is really incredible! Thx Andrew, I really love the concept behind this piece so much that I am doing a series of paintings with this character for my next show. I am going to create the paintings so that they form a story board when put together in order with this particular character. The painting above sold already so I reinvented the character and did this painting here that will go in the series. I am not going to post the others in the series until the show has already started because I want them to show as a whole. But here is the one painting...

Wow, great piece! Love the greens in the water. Thx Chet, for some reason at the top part of the photo where the owl is in the tree the color looks hazy in the photo, like the dark areas look hazy blue , not sure if it is my computer screen or it looks that way for everyone. it doesn't look that way in real life. Going to have to take a better photo I guess.

Hey everyone, here are a few pieces for the Quantum Exhibit at Definition Gallery in Baltimore. #1 titled " Through the Wings of My Lord" 24"x30" unframed size, it has a nice black ornate frame on it and I might post photos of it hanging with the install in a few days after the show. #2 titled" rebirth" 21"x25" framed

Through the Wings of My Lord is my favorite piece so far from Miss Ditto.
The frame seems flat/dull, the black would really pop if varnished. (it would look darker)

Through the Wings of My Lord is my favorite piece so far from Miss Ditto. The frame seems flat/dull, the black would really pop if varnished. (it would look darker) \ Before the show I decided to apply a clear resin to the piece to offset the flat black frame. But thx virtu for your thought and I will defiantly keep in mind your words about the framing next time. Sylvia Ortiz ( she was in the show too) had a good idea to paint the ornate corners in a gloss and then keep the rest of the frame a flat black. Here it is in the gallery and you can see some of the install that Sylvia and I painted in the background. And thx Chet for the kind words

Glad it got there in one piece and that you like it. I would love to see a photo of it hanging in your home after you get it framed. Metro Orange Art really does a fantastic job of printing, they really get it to look just like the painting. The color is right on. Thx you also Brian( metro Orange art) for doing this contest with me.

I see a softer feel with this piece, love the powdery baby blue & pink. Less is more here. (like to see it without the doll) Really love her face which is different from past works. More please....
