Wanted to show some love to an artist that has an amazing stroke! We met her at Baby Tattooville and really got to see some of her drawings in person. (love them!) I picked up one myself. I know Sleepboy also got one too.. She has a show coming up soon and she told us that she'll have some for sale there too. Here are some pics:    BTW> anyone has the one above with the glasses? Iv always enjoyed Miss Bagayan's work but have been loving her new paintings.
Much cleaner with a real inner glow/luminescence.
Soooo talented!

Ana has a nice scholarship for up and coming artists. She has a contest and we wrote an article on it here. I'm glad she's taking the time to give back to future generations. It shows that she has a heart to match her talents! |

Hello, I just wanted to update with a bunch of new paintings I've been working on recently for my show in March 09 at Billy Shire Fine Arts. I have been posting the progress shots on my blog but I here is a little preview of the paintings together. Sorry if this post is too big!  Mildred 8 x 10 Inches, Oil on Wood  Chelsea 16 x 18.5 Inches, Oil on Wood  Percy 12 x 12 Inches, Oil on Wood  May 12 x 16 Inches, Oil on Wood  Esther 18 x 30 Inches, Oil on Wood I have a few months left and I plan to have 10 paintings, including two big ones (24 x 36) that I will slowly be working on. You can see what they will look like framed at my blog: www.adventuresofanra.com/On another note, I recently announced a solo show with Dorothy Circus in October 09, but I have had to cancel it. I love the paintings Ana looking forward to your show at BSFA. Esther better watch out, those blue jays are very aggressive. I was attacked by one a few weeks ago in my back yard!
