these little pieces are cool but don't do that much for me either... but his last show was like that as well... his larger ones are ALWAYS soooo much better... i think one of his greatest strengths are in his detail... and the larger paintings let him display this strength

I wonder if he will have drawings. Those are always so affordable and detailed.

hey guys i'm in the minority here, but i sooooooooooo prefer these pieces (at least color and theme-wise) to his last few shows. too much color and way too busy - i think this stuff is delightful!

i'm sure there will be drawings. greg likes to keep some pieces affordable for his fans. i do like that owl one.. but the sneak peak pictures look somewhat washed out? maybe it's just a bad picture.

well remember the image from the invite! Thats a big painting and looks fantastic!!!
Greg rarely disappoints and with the scope of an entire room full of his work, there is bound to be something to make your nether regions tingle.
The image quality of these are just bad. They didnt get the lighting right and so the varnish is picking it up all weird. The actual pieces are floating my boat.
My pick is that Greg will be the definitive leader of this art movement - as in he will be the one that will truly be remembered in years to come. He will be in school text books. His works are so worth the money. A bargain. Think 10, 20 years from now. Im thinking Salvador Dali status.

I am hoping he will have drawings. We're making the trip to the desert to see him.
When I saw the owl I thought of Charity. I know you're very fond of owls. ^____^
They do look like smaller paintings. I wonder how the big ones look like?

wait, the email said "the 10 of you" so if I was in the top 10, why are so many sold? Sigh. (yes, I know, regular customers, but it still sucks)

the $21K was $18K in the original preview and was marked as sold so there's nothing left? another sellout for greg, very nice. don't know if prices are higher than last show. if so, i don't think by alot. the drawings are definitely more expensive. it must have been a difficult choice between the awesome, more detailed and larger drawings vs. small painting almost the same choice.

I doubt there is anything (or at least anything great) left given how little there was left for the top 10
It really is a good show though, makes me definitely want to go through with the commission once I come up on teh list

i adored this show. i haven't really enjoyed his work in awhile - but this one was lovely. small but way more appealing than his work as of late.

thanks for the link! my favorite is cap'n stance... sorta small though.
really like the show, but looks like he was able to spend alot more time on the 1988 show (which i guess wasn't too long ago)
