I am 99 percent positive I have strep throat and am running a 101 fever my entire body aches ( no coughs or sneezes ) just curious for the medical pros here how many people will I get sick in my section at the Heat Game? Regardless the number I will still go but anything I can do to help prevent strangers from catching this hell.

Can't tell you how many people you'll get sick and I am not a medical professional but I can tell you how to lessen the spread of it- don't cough or sneeze on anyone if you do start. If you touch your face or breath on your hands, use sanitizer or wash your hands. Typically, I wear a scarf to help cover my face or grab when I need to touch my face.

water - drink quantities whiskey - believe it or not... yes! - and no not quantities.
good luck and do maintain a sense of humour - you've saved others the ordeal and .. you hopefully won't feel so bad tomorrow.
