My Andrew Schoultz piece from the Jux auction just arrived. As you can see not $185 worth of shipping materials here. Excited to put this one up.

Love love love the Liz McGrath, such a great piece. I hope I can get one from her next year, too. It is very special and the picture doesn't come close to it's wonderful beauty. The detail and care that she puts into these sculptures can't be described.

well, aris it's more champagne stained tonight!
i'm intrigued to see what you have there. john jones is regarded as one of the finest commercial framers in the uk, and are not cheap to use, so what ever you have there is obviously worthy of some love! shame it got dinged a little there.
post pics dude!

I have been searching for a Herakut with a dog piece for the last 2 and a half years. I saw this one on flickr a year ago commented on the photo telling the owner that if he ever wanted to get rid of it I would be more than happy to give it a new home. Three months ago I joined the banksy forum after 6 months of reading it.. I haven't really posted cause they bully and bicker way too much... and the owner was selling it!!!! Annoyed that he never got in contact with me but happy that we came to an agreement since he originally wanted a banksy print for it.... but I am very happy to give it a new home sorry for the blurry pic... the seller was Manty on the Banksy Board and he was great to deal with...awesome packing and great about responding quickly!

Even the octopus in the print is crying over its poor treatment! that's great that the gallery is helping you get an intact copy.

a tragedy (theoryone) and a triumph (evilchoy) in two posts...
looks like the delivery guy drove over the houser print, and then reversed back just to make sure he really fucked it! glad you hear you got fixed up by the gallery though. good to hear they take care of people.
great looking herakut. glad you found the one you really wanted. i see the bumblebee phone booth has made it to the wall too. howdya like the hive aris?

Was calling the local mail service, as I am eagerly awaiting a parcel. They could not find it in their system, and then I read the tracking information again:
We attempted to deliver your item in AUSTRALIA at 8:05 AM on February 3, 2010.
I was assured "this happens very often". Yes, to me the second time within one year. I am just not sure where they actually tried to deliver it? There can't possibly be a street of the same somewhere down under. Is there even a Vienna in Australia?
