it's actually slightly lighter than i expected given all the shots i had seen online. they always seemed to be quite dark...especially the ones on his page. i did take that second picture with the flash on to give an idea of what it looks like in a little bit brighter environment but in general the painting is fairly dark i'm just awful with cameras. it looks pretty incredible.

Really glad I ordered this Wittfooth too. Having said that I ordered mine at the same time as Peetov and after chasing it up it will shipped on Monday. Not too happy with the delay but having seen these pics just pleased I've got one coming.

epic, looks awesome man.
planetzog...no idea why yours wouldn't have shipped out yet. i know i was emailing them and had ordered mine before they had even opened them yet but i think you're right and you ordered yours about the same time as me. i'm really digging that middle piece you posted. killer framing on it.

I had a very similar experiance recently with a piece getting damaged during transportation, and from what I can see it looks like the type of damage was similar.
What happened with me was that the frame must have rubbed against the paiting around its edges and it subesquently scratched and took of some of the paint in various areas. I never even thought this was possible, and it certainly never happened before.
I considered living with the damage, but I knew it would eventually piss me off. I was lucky enough that the gallery, but mainly the artist were extremelly cool and was more than happy to touch it up and get it back to its original state.

The past couple weeks parcels were piling up, which made the boyfriend a bit nervous, as space here is limited. So I thought I'd better not remind him that the last Ryden print plus a dozen prints (my cherished prize) are on their way and that the purchase from Nicoletta Ceccoli prints from Virtu is in the works Apart from the Hi Fructose Collected edition the following goodies made it safely into my home: I was able to pick up this print only with the help of an incredibly kind forum member (I deleted the ed. number from the pic, just in case someone wondered). From online pics I first thought that the frame was a bit awkward, but it actually matches the print beautifully, as the hair in the print continues in the wood grain of the frame. Thanks to Luisa from Mondo Bizzarro I was able to get this: Ciou's Book with a personal dedication: And finally......my Jennybird Alcantara piece of the year

nice scores katrin and wow that jennybird piece is framed beautifully. peetov, thank you! I had no idea what the frame would look like, as there was no picture of it framed, so I am really happy that it is a beautiful one. Also congrats on your fabulous Chris Berens! It surely is one of the best pieces from the show.
