haha, this is true. but would it make much difference if he was making the work himself. if anything i think the question would come up of why not have assistance? i mean its fine art but its also very much commercial work. i don't think Hirst is interested at all in "the artist hand"... i just saw the show at TATE and i have to say there's something beautiful about his work even if its cold or disconnected. its a spectacle.
