I took the day off and went gallery browsing today.
As I always notice, some of the larger galleries have three or four people sitting at their desk at their computers, silently typing away.
Anyone worked at a gallery before and know what these people do all day?
I don't care if they say hello, but is there that much to do in the middle of an exhibition on a weekday? They didn't even look up when I walked around.
Most of them look pretty young, fresh out of art history school.
