Hi mates,
I'll be in London in March and have a lot of free evenings and a weekend to pass, so I was wondering if anyone could share some tips for current gallery or museum exhibitions, cool places for lunch/dinner or just about what I should see while I'm there. Thanks much!

Hi mates, I'll be in London in March and have a lot of free evenings and a weekend to pass, so I was wondering if anyone could share some tips for current gallery or museum exhibitions, cool places for lunch/dinner or just about what I should see while I'm there. Thanks much! Either Tate MOdern or Tate Britain is well worth a visit. I'd agree the Micallef at Laz is well worth a look. A really nice way to spend a Saturday would be to head over to Broadway Market in Hackney, and then walk onto the Regents Canal, head east on this until you reach the River Lea, turn left and walk up to Hackney Wick. You'll see some wonderful graf along the way, and the walk is roughly 2 miles. Once in Hackney Wick there's a nice place to eat / drink called the White Building and you can get a train back via the north London Line. Sunday morning Columbia Road flower market is brilliant, the earlier yo get there the better, as it's far less crowded pre 11.00. You'll also be near Brick Lane if you wanted to have a look round there

Anyone for any more?
Saturday nights maybe? (Maybe even a club for someone who normally doesn't go to clubs much...)
