woah charity! come sacrifice a small child at the altar (well, ikea dresser) of misery children what an amazing collection you have there - are they mostly commissions, or did you pick up any at gallery shows also? LOL! thanks sven! the two largest are commissions (the snorse and dunny), the rest were purchased directly from her or from shows.

Pretty excited about these guys! (got them about a month ago) We've wanted a KO custom for a long time just never got around to it - then last year we tried and missed out on a "Cosmic Girl" (anyone thats seen our style on the furniture thread knows why we we're drawn to the Cosmic Girl). Kathie, as always, very generously offered to do one up for us when she got the time. We told her what we wanted and a little over a year later (she's a busy woman these days!) we got our girl! The surprise was she had done a Cosmic Boy alongside the making of ours and let us take him too! A beautiful set that will now stay together - what a pair! jIm Kathie's studio pics... In our home...

Big WoW! Fantastic pickup, very kind of Kathie for the TWO pieces. Absolutely beautiful, don't think I'll ever lay my hands on one of her pieces.
Your "Well Hung" looks good. I didn't manage to pick that one up back then.

Ghosts and Martyrs - all the pieces from that show are her best IMO. So strong, it seems they pulled almost all the scavenger designs from that show! jIm

congrats again jim - your little ones fit in perfect with the stunning decor! Notice how Charity said "again"? thats because she saw them first in private. You see, the newly crowned owners of KO customs must first put them before the High Priestess of KO Customs for her consideration, perusal, sometimes MAD discussion, before showing them to the general public Its a sort of right of passage! jIm

Wow! I wasn't expecting more, the last few photos really surprised me. A 3-piece commission, fantastic Dok. One of your old line of commissions?

Thanks fellows.
The poor chap who commissioned this has been waiting over a year for it..... Nearly finished all my first wave of backlog commissions now. Soon moving to wave 2.

The beginnings of this 36" collab custom between Kathie Olivas and Brandt Peters looks promising.

This Atomika custom of Mr. Bunny is pretty cool. Joe Ledbetter ended up purchasing this one.
