Should I combine the Buy Sell Trade categories? Should I have a seperate category for prints?

hi - first, thanks for inviting me over.... somewhere else to waste my time!
i'd say an all in one classified section would be a good start, like at limited addiction. if all threads are art related then i'm sure people would have interest in the broad range of art we enjoy, be it labeled street art or illustrative or whatever.... and i'm sure that people have interest in prints as well as originals. see how it goes though. just my 2 pence worth...

Yes that makes sense, I will combine those categories especially since usually there aren't alot of buy/sell/trade art posts. Well, leave a general artists category for now to encompass everything. Any other thoughts?

should i have different categories for street art and low brow art? i think one section encompassing everything is fine for now. once the board starts growing and gets more cluttered, it'd be nice to split up. just for organization sake.

I need a seperate section for sculpture and customs maybe. Should I call it 3D art?

do you think we can have periodic raffles on the bst? I think raffles are ok as long as they are based on an event that is beyond the raffler's control like the ending price of a stock on a certain day. That's half of it, the other half is do you trust the raffler to deliver the goods... which you have to decide for yourself I suppose. I would agree regarding the toy aspect, maybe I am sayig that becuase I dont collect toys but i would agree if someone wants a toyboard they could make one just like Hung wanted a art board. Oh yes, I would say no toys unless they are high level customs of the painted sort probably. I mean vinyl is used as canvas for some artists... But for the most part, the 3D art section should be used for scuptures and such.

Agreed to the no-toy-zone policy.
I personally will like to see different categories for street art and low brow art. But from the artists listed currently in the artist sub-forum, I guess majority here are low-brow art collectors.
I wonder where a gigposter collector should post ;P

One function that I like from the banksy forum and wallkandy is the "100 Posts" option where you can read the latest 100 posts posted on the forum.
Beat going through every sub-forum looking for the latest posts.

is there a way to add the index links that are only at the top of the page to the bottom as well?
to clarify, it would be this bit at the top of this page.... The ARTCHIVAL :: Admin :: Suggestions :: Structure
thanks
