My friend is willing to go and get me one but not sure if I can swing it as I just paid off my mom's gift and might be going away for the holidays. Let me know if you are interested.

I'm going to Manhattan for my brother's holiday party next weekend and planning to go to Audrey's show. I'd like to help and pick up a print for someone, but what's etiquette for stuff like this? I want to make sure I'm respectful of the gallery and other collectors.

bspear - the print sale will be one per person but if you want to give/sell your print to someone else that is your prerogative.
droow2 - the gallery print is not the geisha but she will be included in the poll in january to see what the next timed sale print will be.

oh my god. The gallery just offered me a print. I'm still stunned. I mailed them after Audreys livejournal-post about the print, but no one replied to me, so I thought the print will be available to the attendees, but yesterday that nice guy (Kendal Johnson) mailed me, that he has a print left for me. I can't wait to get my money on Tuesday so I can buy it.
I'm sooo excited. But the frame is going to be expensive as hell.
btw. its #133.
Did this happen to anyone else on the board?

I like "Mesai." Guess I'm in the minority, but I don't mind, I like them all. I'm sure whatever is chosen will join "Mizuame" in my dressing room.

Yah, the two that were in the lead were my favorites as well. I wonder if Yuuwaku won? I think all the comments needed to be counted too right?

just up on Audrey's blog... "the Time Limited Print Sale poll the results are pretty much a tie between 'Yuuwaku' and 'Hyakki Yakou'. (we were going to count every comment vote, but sadly some people voted multiple times, so it wouldnt be quite fair...) so, at this point, i hope it's ok if i decide between the two. either way, both will be made in to prints. one will be timed and the other a regular sale. will officially announce in a bit. " everyone's a winner! ;0)

Both are amazing prints, would be really hard to choose. I really like the frames she chose as well.

Frame doesn't work particularly well for Yuuwaku as far as I'm concerned, but it looks great on Hyakki Yakou.

I think that it's time for her to publish a book of her sketches... what do you all think?
