I saw that last night too on OMG at the same time that I posted about the Kehoe print. So understandably I had to get both the Kehoe and Trance prints.

Really started liking his stuff more after seeing a piece in my friend's collection. My favorite from his last show.

Wow, really like the mood. I really like it when you can imagine the actions of a scene before and after the moment of the painting.

I spent literally a year waiting for his recent show, which was stupid cause I was #90 on the list. Sigh. At this rate, I'll get my perfect piece in about 2020.

he's such a great artist. i'm honoured to own one of his sketches. this was my favourite from the last show, but he has made so many beautiful works. wasn't so keen on the 'hirstute' ladies in the last show though!

wasn't so keen on the 'hirstute' ladies in the last show though! Agreed, but he's still one of my absolute favorites. JLevine used to have an older piece I LOVED. I almost blew my annual bonus on it but hesitated and it got sent to a European gallery where it immediately became almost 2x as much

is there a particular show that caused such a huge leap in his prices? (or was his stuff always pretty pricey and it was gradual - given it is very nice)

pricing did jump considerably between his last 2 levine shows, but i do think he was way underpriced before...

Here are the two drawings still available. great choice for a print, best painting from his show imo.

It was my favorite also. I didn't like any of the drawings though.

The Cherry Picker one is new, but I'm pretty sure the other is old. (or old re-visited)

Nice, this is a print! The print run is larger.. but he wanted to lower the price (would be great if everyone followed this formula). I have "Conduit of Dialogue" and the quality is excellent IMO store.vinerstudio.com/product/a-discerning-youngster-limited-edition-giclee-printTitle: A Discerning Youngster Image size: 14.5" x 22" Paper size: 16.5" x 24" Edition size: 100 Paper: Hahnemuhle Photo Rag (460 gsm) Date of print: November 2008 Price: $150
