at his current show, a 30" x 40" painting (the only size available) was $10,000. but getting an original from a gallery is very difficult (as many here can personally attest). on the secondary market, originals range from $4,000 to $15,000.

to me the most intriguing aspect of this sneak is the grass at the bottom floorspace of the easel. Huge and detailed, indeed Sven can't wait to see what is in store this fall

wow. that looks like a big piece of work. Def looks a good size. It appears a bloated rectangle, so assuming it's a 40x60. I know there's a large Mark Parker commission in the works, so perhaps this is it. So jealous of that guy. It is good to be the Kind of Nike when you want artwork. Regardless, I really look forward to him starting to work at a larger scale. I think a 40x60 would be absolutely perfect for his work..and makes way more sense than the 30x80. The detail looks beyond impressive. Josh never seems to disappoint with the stepping up of his game with each passing show, both in regards to technique and concept. Can't wait to see the show in full. The anticipation for his shows is the only thing that rivals the experience of Christmas morning for me now as an adult. Hopefully, they don't leak as many teasers as they have in the past. As much as it's great in the moment, it only deflates the experience down the road, especially with his output being so limited..sorta like finding where you parents hid the presents and taking a little look see. Always tainted the payoff Should be interesting to see how much more the prices are raised.

Who's with me? i'm thinking i might just do that... seeing dig above has just sealed the deal! keyes opens on the 5th in denver and then sorren's retrospective opens the day after in california.... was planning a trip anyway, so the 2 shows should work out nicely. i know a good hotel in denver from the last time i stayed, so lets hook something up guys.... anyone else planning on going?

I'm sure it will be a battle, but there is a 5 times greater chance than recent editions of 50! Register you details with DBS if you haven't done previously....

Heartbreaking print that one. Hopefully we will be lucky getting it. Definitely appreciate the larger run than the standard /50.

I want this really really bad....had no luck with the last print sales via DBS (in fact the last print with a smaller run that I got was "Tic Toc" ages ago), but will give it a try nonetheless.

Also had 4 in my cart, and after I had it reduced to 1, typed in my cc info, hit submit, and poof, empty cart. Before I had even time to get mad or sad, my sister called and told me she "got one these posters". I don't know how she did it, as she was not even registered on DBS before that sale and had to type in her address. Crazy. She also got the latest Mark Ryden stuff for me. I'll probably rent out her skills ;D
