 Nate just posted this new image on his blog and wrote a post about the reactions to his new body of work - read here ... I must say after initially having the same feeling about them, I start to like the new pieces more and more.. somehow this "unfinished" thing everyone is mentioning is very appealing to me... so, if anyone knows any news about the upcoming print, please share the info |

Okay, just got back from PULSE. Amazing, amazing fair! Wow! My brain is still spinning.
Spoke with Beau, and he decided not to sell any prints at the show. He understandably wants to concentrate on the show itself and meeting art patrons - without the logistics of managing a print sale at the same time. The prints will go on sale online in the coming days/weeks via Paper Tiger, and he said they'll be distributed in a "democratic" fashion. Not exactly sure of the image, but he hinted that the print is going to be a red version of a mask I believe.
Seeing Nate's pieces in person made a big difference. While I would agree Nate's best work is yet to come, I think the pieces aren't as 2-D as some online images make them out to be. There was a piece called "In Between" (if my memory serves me) that features a woman and a fox in Nate's signature style. I liked it a lot.
