wanted to start a thrread on matthew feyld. i've collected around 6 of his smaller pieces over the last couple of years and his work never ceases to blow me away. he gets into lots of group shows, and seems to be well liked by lots of gallery owners. his work is pretty affordable at the moment, so thought i'd post a link to his blog....
the picture below is a commission that he's just finished for me, and it should be on a plane right now. its a 24"x36" diptrych paper mounted on 2 wooden panels. i'm looking forward to putting my cluster of pieces together!
he is currently in group shows at grny and at rough trade in london. solo show at thinkspace next year.
