This link takes you to:
The ARNOLD MESCHES official website.
Here's the link to a fine color photograph
of Arnold Mesches in 2009:
lisakereszi.com/images/302.jpg
This artist is 87 years old (born August 11, 1923)
and married to Jill Ciment the novelist.
After you arrive, click Selected Works ( top right corner ).
Then click Anomie 1492-2006 section ....and after it pops up
just start clicking the > (arrow symbol) for rapid slideshow.
IMPORTANT TIP: don't click on Essay by Robert Storr
(Why?__because the screen will be covered with a white film.
So, apparently there's some kind of glitch).

Personal note:
I have been fascinated with the art of Arnold Mesches since 1986.
I actually got to visit his large studio in N.Y. City back in 1999.
He's very friendly and a real thinker. It's a real pleasure to be around him.
The young lady-friend that went with me ended up paying Arnold $ 400.
for a fine small drawing. Nice surprise !!
I'm still a big fan after all these years and hope to
visit him again soon. Hope you find this site rewarding.
