going to start a thread for this great UK based artist. good to see Yorkshire (albeit south yorks ) on the artchival map. www.craww.com/ he makes some great dark and dreamy work, which carries a good deal of narrative. shows opening next week in Newcastle at Electrick Sheep, Some work in Beyond Eden via CAVE gallery ahead of a solo with CAVE soon.

really nice stuff, kinda reminds me of Jeremy Asher Lynch works the way the painting kind is unfinished at the bottom and just drips away. Really good stuff

Hi folks, I thought it might be a good idea to update this thread! Despite what the date of the last post might suggest, I've been busy and am currently working on a bunch of new work for an upcoming show. Anyhoo, if you're interested, here are a few pieces from the past year or so - there's more on my site but this is a taste of what I've been up to. Hope you like them! Ember (acrylic on Rives BFK) Nothing Becomes (acrylic on Rives BFK) Blacker than Ever (graphite and charcoal sketch from my Moleskine) Requiem (acrylic on Rives BFK) Empire (oil on wood panel) Surrender (graphite drawing on Arches paper)

Hi Folks, I just wanted to share some of the work I've been doing lately for an upcoming show at Antler in Portland later in the year. As well as new paintings, I've also been exploring some more illustrative graphite pieces. Having a lot of fun working on these and seeing where they take me. I don't really have a plan, they kind of take on a life of their own. Hope you like them!
