I do, I've collected his work for quite awhile.
I think its cool that he's finally getting the publicity he deserves.
I'm a really big fan of his videos and musical projects as well. A true multimedia artist.
What's your favorite piece?

Best in show is the Vader Project, but I didn't have funds at the time. Really regret it now. What I really dig about his bootlegs are the back story. I might not think the figure is all that cool, but after I read the back story and laugh my ass off, then I get it.
Oh one more favorite is the GI Joe Lavender Guard (SDCC 2010) exclusive, because he's asking and telling! It doesn't get better than that.
Just curious, how do you display his work? Also would you mind taking pics of you collection?

I too love the Gay empire figure (the original is my favorite). I have a bunch of other figures too, with favorites being Another Bitch, Salarystak (the backstory is trancendent), and of course the Sucklord 66 (the original punk rock toy).
I'm a huge fan of the Suckpax, I think its conceptually brilliant. And I absolutely think the Suckpegs are overlooked, they're a genius as well.
I have some larger scale works in my collection as well. As far as display, right now most of it is in storage, its a space and child issue. I do have his latest on display on my mantle however, Suckator is pretty awesome.
The Vader piece was extremely impressive, I heard it went to a good home (not mine).
Did you get a chance to go to the Retrospective in January?

Hi Trelawney,
I'm a fan of the Suckpax as well, but it seems you're a bigger fan. It definitely brings me back to my childhood collecting Star Wars cards, and I love the wax paper packaging. However, that stuff is expensive!
Okay, you can't say you have larger scale works in your collection and not post pics. The first thought is the Vader Project, but you said it's not you. Do you have the "Dead Molds" piece? That too me is brilliant. Call me a sucker, but that's what I would want.
Didn't go the the retrospective at Boo Hooray. I live in LA and unfortunately will be missing his Designer Con event on Nov 5th, where he's going to release Carrotor (He-Man knock-off), which is brilliant as well. I loved He-Man action figures when I was a kid.

You're good, I do have "Dead Molds" and I too think its pretty brilliant and really quite beautiful too. When I get a chance I will snap some pics. Do you collect any other action figure artists? Have you ever seen David Healey's stuff healeymade.com/home.html much more somber but his technique is flawless.
