Found out a few minutes before 3pm. £950 was a steal. I have been looking at a some of her work recently but never quite saw something I wanted to buy. This one looks great (only down size is the large edition size - 250)

i had one in my basket at £950, as soon as they became available, I also added a Rachel Whiteread to my basket - by the time I went to check out - the price for the Bridget Riley moved to £1200, then moved to out of stock - then came back in to stock at £1500. Out of sheer principle I decided not to buy either. If I add an item to my basket at £950, I would have hoped that CE would have honoured the price, rather than move the goalposts, not just once but twice in the process.

Yeah i heard about this... when they were at 1900. Again out of brutal principle i decided against.. perhaps my loss... but no image on any wall i have control over will come with such baggage.
