Yours should be on its way. Maybe tommorow. Most of it depends on where you live.

I think it depends on when you bought it because I doubt they can ship them all on the same day right? Mine was numbered #6 and I got it on 8/4/08

It kills me when people bid things up like this, it's retarded. I always wait until the auction has almost ended, minutes before it ends is when Id come in and place my bid.
But I must say for me personally "If Only You Were Here" is one of if not Miss. Kawasaki's Masterpiece so far & worth the price. The piece just glows with warmth & longing, she is so pretty.
The little glowing lights/embers reminds me of The Grave of the Fireflies which always makes me cry at the beginning & the end.

Audrey posted this here."yes it makes me very sad too. buying a print from us and reselling it a few days later is so disheartening. like somakitty (Leah) saids, we found out who this is and have no intentions of selling to him anymore." Also, looks like some people have been saying they are making fake accounts and bidding it up then not paying... So maybe price is artificially high.

it appears the person that bid the first auction all the way up over $1000 retracted their bid. price has lowered a lot.

The Meat-Market auction is at $780 with a day still left. So if these bids are legit I'm guessing it might go for a $1,000 which seems too high for a print just released. I think Oiran is just as good and it's highest price according to the Beans was only $800 with the average being $636.

All of her prints have seemed to have skyrocketed overnight with the last two releases. I can't believe Ishikis and Odaijinis have been going for $500 a pop in the last few days, let alone $1000 for the If Only You Were Here.
I really think Audrey should strongly consider increasing her print runs or maybe doing more runs like she did with Mizuame. As it did with that print it'll cut down on the "flippability" and also allow more fans the opportunity to buy them at cost.

i wonder if people are aware at how tiny ishiki and odaijini is when they pay that much. I would suggest a moderate increase in run size & price and fewer releases... but at the same time, if it ain't broke.. don't fix it (and you dont really see that much of her stuff end up on ebay right after release compared to some other artists)

The 2nd/last one on Ebay went for $1150. Guess they accepted an offer and ended the auction. .

They sure wanted to be certain no one could read & identify the edition number. It blows my mind that people have so little regard for an artist. There are people out there who would gladly pay the actual price of the print (or even a little more) to have the chance to own this piece ... and then jerks like that try and turn a grotesque profit before the artwork has even cooled from the press. But $2500? What is this person even thinking?!
