Did a little interview if you are interested in which Tin talked about origins of his name, his surprising history, burning art among other things...

copro just sent out the tin preview, lots have sold already! congrats again!!! Found it pretty funny that 2/3s of the work was sold even before the "secret pre-preview" was sent out. So much for it being so secret. Wish I was cool enough to get the "Ultimate Uber-Early Pre-Pre-Preview". And congrats Tin. Glad to see you ran with the encapsulated plants concept I suggested for my commission. Looking good.

Nice work Tin. I opened the preview to find only 3 piece not sold yet! Let me remind you what the Wizard said to the Tinman "A heart is not judged by how much you love; but by how much you are loved by others."

Wish I was cool enough to get the "Ultimate Uber-Early Pre-Pre-Preview". Yeah that's the #1 thing I detest about the OG art scene. It all seems to be about who you know and connections etc. which annoys me. Would be nice to give all potential customers an equal chance. But that aside, some very very nice pieces there Tin! Not at all surprised they sold with the quickness.

wow! I am going to see if I can get on Copro's Super Deluxe Double Double Secret Probation Preview list....honestly just call it what is is... left overs....(psst tin this is nothing against you...your work is great your mixture of 20th century steam punk with 21st century seduction is amazing.)
I like the first come first served approach I can never trust the list!!!....but in copro's defense I never asked for a Tin preview but the work is great!!!! They may have just copied the link from a previous email and placed on the bottom of the preview....

Great work Tin. Congrats on selling so well. As for lists, you can't make everyone happy and the how a gallery sell work has nothing to do with the artist usually. There is another thread that specifically discusses waiting lists etc, maybe its better to move this part of the discussion there.

Well first TIN congrats on a sold out show, hell congrats on a sold out show before the doors opened. I have caught Tin fever as of late thanks to this board. I purchased both his prints that have been released and thanks to masao626 on the tip where that amazing oil was sitting unpurchased I took it apon myself to contact the gallery and make sure it has a nice home. when everything arrives I will be sure to update the latest artwork purchased. Thanks again Masao626

Finishing up details today, they are packing it up and I am waiting for a call to make payment, as soon as it gets home i will get some photos of it, i was really debating on framing my two tin prints not having an original and thought i may get rid of them as it would haunt me, but now they will go to the framers and everything will hand toigether.

Should still be available. Gary was showing me the test prints when I left at 10:30 and didn't mention anything about them being sold out. However, they are limited to 30 each. Really love "Hi."

sleepboy knew i was doing prints even before i did...i found out how much they were being sold for here on artchival...heh -thank goodness for artchival -- i learn alot about what im doing on here. hmmmmm...there's something wrong with that right there. so sorry tin. while it's awesome prints are being created, it's pretty weak the artist wasn't aware.

Tin,
Thanks seems there may be a set on hold for me or at least my name on the list, and yes that is how things are done HUNG being the head of the art collecting mafia goes in and tells people to make prints and bang it happens, I dont think craola was having a show at 1988 until hung went the night before the opening and told jensen to make it happen, then greg had to saty up all night painting ( insert smile here so we dont get upset )
On a side note if no one has dealt with TIn personally please let me be the first 9 or 10th ) to say it is people like him with talent and the way they handle themselves that makes me want to continue to support him in anyway I can. he truly is an amazing talent and even more amazing person, his attitude towards people who buy his work is the reason he will be in the art world forever.
