we've about to raise the blinds and open the doors for the opening night. we've had so much positive feedback and i'd like to than anyone on the forum who bought something from the show during the preview. we really do appreciate the support! if anyone wants to check out the work, here's the PASSWORD for both links: crebla WIDER THAN A POSTCARD: breezeblockgalleryinventory.com/collections/postcard-showolive47, 'bonita bonita': breezeblockgalleryinventory.com/collections/bonita-bonita-olive47You can purchase the works directly online. we used this system as a pdf would've just been a bit too cumbersome to make work. would be good to get any feedback on this system as it's the first time using it, but it seems to be working well so far. i've had a few emails and messages about getting the preview email, and sincere apologies if anyone who expected it didn't get it. this show has been hard to keep up with so it sounds like a few emails may have slipped through the net. apologies for that of course, but hopefully there is still plenty of work to view and choose from in the links above. OCCUPY blog did an interview with me if anyone is interested in a bit of background on the show and how it came about. www.weoccupy.co.uk/blog/2013/05/02/sven-davis/thanks everyone!

Great show Sven, and what an amazing feast for the eyes. You, Paige, and the gallery really did an excellent job with the installation.

a great show indeed!.. the preview was released just when we landed, after 2 month trip, so my head wasn't in the right place to make any purchase decision.. I did contemplate the Ushiro, and I always have a weak spot for Deiana, so glad to see them going to you guys..
congrats Sven and The Gang!

Great show! Some fantastic pieces at some great prices! On another topic - the Stella Im Hultberg / Suite Charlie show at Compound and In the Process at Hellion Gallery were awesome as well. I dig Stella's graphite works, but a bit out of my price range. Josh Keyes - I saw you at the Hellion Gallery, but you were busy so I didn't say Hi.

Thought i'd give this thread a little update, and also take time to say many thanks for all the kind words and support from you guys around the show. Nice to see some forum members picked up some of the work. Paige and I really appreciate that! It's a great looking show and we were very happy with how it turned out. We decided to break up the installation into grids of similar aspect ratios to the actual postcards (6x4 etc) to make the viewing experience a lot easier and i'm really happy with how it turned out. Such a variance in the work, all coming from the same brief. The work is viewable on the gallery website here: breezeblockgalleryinventory.com/collections/postcard-showstill some great pieces available at relatively bite sized prices! here's a few pics of the grids of work shots. more on my flickr in a couple of different sets also - www.flickr.com/photos/amillionpieces/Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 14 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 15 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 16 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 17 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 13 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 12 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 11 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 10 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 9 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 8 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 7 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 6 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 5 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 4 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 3 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 2 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 1 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr Wider than a postcard Breeze Block Gallery Grid 18 by sven / a million pieces, on Flickr

looks like a great show - we spent a long time going through the works.. but decided against in the end due to framing costs for recently acquired work. (my fave is still for sale.. as well ) 'you need a widelux or a xpan to get decent panoramic pictures of the show.. trust me it'd be worth it'. (phones are notuptoit when it comes to that kind o stuff).

So happy that many have sold. A great idea and fantastic lineup. Really trying to focus on framing too many Ashley Wood prints, but would love a Michael Peck. Maybe this weekend will bring me a resolution!

Seeing the gallery shots really brings the theme to life Sven, as they really look like post cards, hard to remember that looking at the jpegs and previews. Job well done and wish I were in Portland to see it
