 I started planning this show in the winter of 2012 while my wife was undergoing chemo and Kirsten was gracious in lending her gallery when I proposed the idea. Kirsten posted the line-up for the show on her shiny new website today, so it kind of makes it official. Never thought I would be a curator of such fine artists and I must thank Kirsten and the gallery's reputation for that. It's still four+ months out, but what the hay. January 9th – March 1st, 2014 “Unpredictable Gravity” Group Show curated by Robbie Lowery with part proceeds to be donated to cancer charities. Thanks guys! It's been a crazy two years. Pretty much a once in a lifetime thing, so I figured I better go big or go home. Just chuffed that so many of my favorite artists signed on. January can't come soon enough.

This is a very special show- not only does it have a kick ass roster of returning artists to Roq La Rue, but a slew of new ones we are very excited about. Additionally, each artist is donating half their profits from each sale to charity, and Roq La Rue is donating half the gallery's profits as well. So all in all, half the price on a work will go to help support several cancer charities. (We'll post the ones we picked soon.) Nice work, Robbie.

Get a hotel on the water! Great water view and huge world famous market to walk down on the waterfront... And the aquarium if you have time is A+++ |
