what do you guys think of the price points that Copro has established for this show? i suppose alot goes into determining what market should be and would depend on things like size, detail, # of characters, etc. Gallery Nucleus had the bruce lee show last year and sold the 11 x 14 piece (to sleep) for $2000.
with the ltd preview, things seem like they are selling... so it is what the market will bear (no pun intended), but do you think this pricing is excessive? or do you rationalize a purchase by saying you will pay for a pieces no matter what the price so long as you are in love with it.

Well i know that the 16 x 20 paintings from his "Long Arm of the Paw" show were $4500, same as this show. But I think the smaller pieces in this show might be more expensive... I wouldn't say pricing was excessive but I feel like he's reached a point where any large increases in the near future might prove detrimental to sales. I for one have probably reached my limit for now. This current pricing range will have to stay steady for a while otherwise this will probably be my last purchase.

I loved the eyepatch and lollipop piece. Of course it sold right before I got there!
