"Sylvia, an SF Art Academy graduate, recently moved down to LA to take a job as a lingerie designer"
Niiice. LOL, very informative video explaining her thoughts behind her pieces and her approach.

Nice video. I think that she still has a full-time job designing. Kind of crazy that she doesn't paint full-time, she sure has the talent to do it. I think it's amazing when artists hold down full time jobs and still are able to produce enough to put on solo shows. bills still have to be paid and very few artists can support themselves based solely on their paintings.

I feel like Sylvia would be able to support herself with her work. Maybe I am way off, I don't really know the business side of things. After her show at Corey Helford I'm sure of it.(maybe her most successful financially) She had about 25 paintings almost all in the $3,000-$6,000 price range, she sold all but two. So with some rough math the total comes close to $80,000 before the gallery's cut. I'm sure she had a hell of a good time that night.

Another video about her Corey Helford show. Nicely done. I'm biased towards this video. I wonder why?
