Not sure if anyone here is a fan of Eraserhead the movie, but I just found out that a gallery I am showing in is doing an art show that is all works inspired by the movie. I love that movie and I am so excited about doing a piece for it.I would love to get any of your reactions on this show coming up.

I am not a huge fan of themed group shows unless I am very into the theme...and Eraserhead is a theme I would be very into. Love that movie! One of my teenage influences.

Thanks for posting this Bytor. Saw Eraserhead when I was a kid going to Midnight Madness films & it haunts me to this day. The Cornish hens, changing babies diaper, dogs nursing and so on.... Love most David Lynch movies but Eraserhead changed how I looked at things around me.. Also loved Richard Elfman's (Danny's bro) "Forbidden Zone". www.forbiddenzonethemovie.com/

Is the show at the Alcove Gallery? Looks to be a good show, I first heard of it from Dan May's contribution to the show.

Seen Dave's work in person several times very cool work, kinda reminds me of Mr. Hooper somehow.

nice! And i guess that answers my question as to whether all the pieces are eraserhead related or just lynch related. I hope there's some lost highway/mullholand dr./straight story inspired works!
