I find it hilarious that he carts them around in a golf bag. Do they have to do a background check first before you can purchase one?

i am sure you have to DROS them with a dealer and wait 10 days...since they are "plugged" (quote from 1988) ...that is not going to cut it with the BATF... those are still consider a firearm, unless he demill the receiver..
and if those are real 30 rounds + magazine...he CAN'T give or sell that magazine to any californian... he has to convert those to 10 rounds max...
all these are assuming that those are the real thing...

I have actually just recently heard from the gallery that the guns are replicas as far as they know
