Kelly is painting yet another body of work for her solo at Halogen, which will be her final show for the next year and a half or so. (She will be working on her solo for Thinkspace all next year, so this is your last chance until then.) She says, "I have to keep painting or I will die. It's like Speed but with paints instead of a bus, and Keanu Reeves is not involved." She will be shipping a series of graduated round panels to Halogen, as well as a very special 3D piece. Halogen Gallery 2316 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121 206.905.7775 October 9th thru November 6th Opening reception Friday October 9th, 6:00PM - 10:00PM

GO KELLY - these round panels look SO good. Excited to see what she has in store for the 3D element of the show. We've already been talking and the show in '11 is going to be SO good. Wish it was sooner

WOW!!!!
Yeah, yeah, I know we work with her, and can hear some now moaning over the fact I am posting anything here. Please get over it. SO much feeling and creativity in her work. Would be posting on this if we worked with her or not.

With the doors closed, showing the house fronts. The front of the red house spins around to reveal the squirrel painting. The yellow house's doors open and slide back inside the building to reveal the little bird with his suitcases. The star disk spins around to reveal different stars. The LEDs inside light up to make a pretty good night light.

Yeah, I'm biased - get over it - KELLY RULES. Who else has even come close to the house from our show and now this boat this year in terms of imagination and bringing it to life. Flawless. Watch out for Kelly, I'm telling you. SO stoked we work with her.
