yes, i got one. the book is very good quality - clothbound in a cloth slipcase. the site said the book was signed and numbered, which it wasn't. the print is not a glossy photograph but more along the lines of a giclee. it is signed on the rear, but not numbered. i was a little disappointed, but maybe i expected too much for $50 - seemed to good to be true and it was!
apparently, they are out of the print editions now as a friend tried to order one soon after i did and had no luck.

It's pretty common for photographers to print black-and-white on matte paper, so that's probably why it looks and/or feels (especially if it's fiber paper) like a giclee. If it's a true silver gelatin print, $50 would be a good deal for that, alone: it's labor intensive and a true archival process.
