so.bummed.matta dore sold. Ugh, sorry to hear that. I haven't even heard back from them yet, so I'm not sure if that's a bad sign.

$50 is an amazing price.
Now if only they'd sell it to people outside of LA.......

I can't imagine anyone going not wanting to pick one up for themselves but just in case, I would trade my Tin - The Burden print for a copy of the Uria print if anyone is interested.

I'm surprised that one of the Audreys is still available for sale (Hush)...effects of the economy perhaps?

Great show. Very crowded! Due to traffic we got there at 6:30 and the line was down the corner. The prints were selling briskly. I wish Nate and I could have stayed longer but the cigarette smoke and crowds were kicking up my cough. T____T
Congratulations on the few peeps we met who got pieces! I took some pics but not all turned out well. They'll be on my FLICKR in a bit.

Hush still shows as available on the page of all of the works at the thinkspace website. It's been updated since I checked it yesterday at about 5 pm also.
And Matt, do you have my address to send me my print set?
j/k, bastard.

Continues to amaze me also and really disgusts me. I was trying so hard to make it to LA, but couldn't for several reasons. I realize this was a gift for those who attended the show, but it might have been a better idea to keep it completely under wraps so it was truly for those that would have attended no matter if there were prints or not. I am positive they would have sold out anyway on opening night, so it wouldn't have benefited me, but it seems like it might have kept some of these people who are just flipping/ebaying away.

That's a great point. If they would have not announced the prints I'd guess that there wouldn't be many being flipped right now.
Word would get out though and then the flippers would come. THEY ALWAYS DO.

hello~. just wanted to drop by and say Thankyou to those of you who visited the show! (and to those of you who couldnt but wanted to. ) it was a fabulous turnout. and unbelievable how sooo many people showed up! there were many strong pieced from the artists, and we are all so very pleased and excited. Notcot made a post about the show: www.notcot.com/archives/2008/11/audrey_kawasaki_1.phpand i too will make a few posts over on my blog later today. prints on ebay the next day is always a bit sad. but... we will have more prints very soon. the rest of 'she who dares' will be available in a week or two. i will post an announcement when decided. we are also working on the postcard box sets, and maybe brooches/pins /jewelry. which will not be 'limited'. more on that later.
