That's a nice one. Colors are much better than in the pic, in person. Is it still around? Nah, gone. Saw it in person and agree. The picture just doesn't capture the crazy amount of color, especially along the left edge. Very Richter abstraktes-esque in some areas, with the dark red and image kind of moody and foreboding, punctured by the solarisation yellow. Interesting effect that what appear to be round bubbles on the piece are areas that were not dissolved and maintain full original gloss and color. |
