I'm surprised sometimes how little is posted about Cory Arcangel - whose clever riffs on an increasingly digitised society have created a lot of interest. This is one of the more interesting editions to come out - linked to the Richard Hamilton show at the ICA. See: www.ica.org.uk/shop/editions/cory-arcangel-ducati-2014You can see more works on his own site: www.coryarcangel.com/

I think some of the lack of talk may be due to his biggest successes coming pre-forums, and his Whitney show having been a substantial let-down and blown opportunity.
Still, if his Super Mario work isn't some of my favorite post-2000.

Ahh yes...catching up now on some of the reviews of Power Tools...maybe it was a case of too much too soon. Though hard to judge someone so early in career being put under such intense scrutiny. He had a show last year at DHC-Art in Montreal (http://dhc-art.org/cory-arcangel-2/) called Power Points and the smaller stage suited his works extremely well.

The Whitney was also very much to blame for that show not being all that it coulda/shoulda been. Around they same time, they also botched(IMO) the Sherrie Levine retrospective, putting on a very blah show of a very interesting artist.
From my experience, the Whitney usually does a better job.
