Love that new wheel. Upcoming show is going to be killer... I got a peak at the new upcoming block paintings are they are sick.

Seems like the demand is for the blocks, not much love for the prints

The whole point and aesthetic of the blocks is kinda lost on a print in my eyes

The whole point and aesthetic of the blocks is kinda lost on a print in my eyes Yeah I agree. I was just thinking that I would rather have 5 sets of blocks and cluster them together rather than having a print. Still would be interested to see how these images translate in print format

I nearly missed my flight from Stockholm to Vienna because that !@#^^&& block! ;D. Really waited for it to open but wasnt able to get another one after the first purchase, it just kept on crashing (and i was looking at the clock before i miss my check in time!). There is one more print remaining last i checked on the website.

Yeah i know...and i totally agree with you and others feedback regarding the print, essence of the block effect is lost in the print itself plus other factors. Please give us an update when you have seen one in the flesh.Cheers!

Anyone have an idea of what the Scuba Horse Bronzes originally retailed for when they first dropped? It wasn't that large. Sorta recall it being 3.5 or 5k. But for some reason think it might be north of 10. Their work has never done much for me, aside from the epic in scale and genius in scope Temple in Lisbon. But always loved this thing. Guess I'll find out manana. Edit: The power of google. Not sure why I didn't search there first. The first 8 released in Dec 2009 were 12k. While not the tallest, it def has some girth at 12.25 x 9 x 11.5. Thins is so badass.

Ambitious pricing on the flags!! I've never been too keen on the image, but didn't think the pricing was too insane... Original multiple. Decent size. Nice details and construction....

Faile has a new app out called Puzzle Boxes where you can make your own version of their work. They also had us create a facebook page for them where you can submit your creations with the new app to a new contest where they are giving away a bunny boy sculpture here.

so the new paper monster edition released later today will be the rather great fasion chimps image... my second, and could easily become first, favourite image from faile.
shouldn't be buying, but i'm very tempted to try and grab one of these. i wonder how close to the 'original' image the edition will be?
anyone else tempted by this new release. framing could be quite expensive!
